Frequently asked questions
What does the fund own?
Mineral and royalty interests beneath producing and development-stage acreage in the Permian, Eagle Ford, DJ and Haynesville basins.
Will I pay any drilling or operating costs?
No. Mineral and royalty owners do not pay to drill, complete or operate wells. The operator pays those costs.
How often are distributions paid?
Quarterly. The fund has made eight consecutive quarterly distributions, including its final distribution for 2026. Distributions are not guaranteed and vary with production and commodity prices.
What is the minimum investment?
$25,000.
How long is my money committed?
The target fund term is 5 to 7 years. This is an illiquid investment, so plan to hold it for the full term. Transfer and withdrawal terms are set out in the offering documents.
Does the fund use leverage?
The fund has no current use of leverage.
What will I receive for taxes?
An annual Schedule K-1. Part of royalty income may be sheltered by depletion. Your CPA can tell you how this applies to you.
What are the fees?
Fees and the distribution structure are described in full in the offering documents, which we share after an intro call.
Does management invest alongside investors?
Management has the option to invest alongside investors in individual acquisitions, but is not required to.
What are the main risks?
You can lose some or all of your investment. Key risks include operator decisions, well performance, title and oil and gas prices. The offering documents set out the full risk factors.
Ready to look at the documents?
