Selected acquisitions
Three positions that show how we underwrite: the operator, the rock, and the remaining inventory.
Midland Basin · Howard County, TX
SM Energy royalty position
Established horizontal wells in a core-of-core Midland Basin position, operated by SM Energy. The acquisition produced cash flow from the first month, with no capital or operating exposure, and production has followed a predictable decline.
Asset
Producing horizontal wells
DJ Basin · Weld County, CO
Prairie Operating royalty position
A mature, low-cost asset base along the northern core of the Niobrara trend, where more than 75 wells have been drilled. We bought into a low-decline production profile during an operator transition.
Asset
Low-decline producing wells
Midland Basin · Martin County, TX
ExxonMobil royalty position
Royalty exposure to ExxonMobil-operated horizontal wells in one of the most productive parts of the Permian, with long-life production and continued development by one of the basin’s largest operators.
